Andrew started at Kelpe Contracting, Inc. as a part time employee in 2009 to help around the heavy equipment shop and fleet yard.  Four years later, he joined the Local 110 Laborer’s Union.  Andrew worked in the field for 6 years and gained hands-on field experience installing sanitary sewer systems, storm sewers, and water main.  Continuing his career’s advancement, Andrew transitioned into the office as a member of management taking on an estimator and project management role.  With his strong people skills and embracement of technology, he is successfully estimating and managing projects as well as developing relationships with clients and contractors.  When Andrew is not working, he enjoys hunting, shooting sports, and spending time with his family.
